Our Programs are a combination of development and service opportunities to equip young people with necessary tools, relationships and thinking to enhance leadership skills and education. Our programs include:

Wealthy Risings

Wealthy Risings is a 9-week program that aims at empowering youth through financial education and wealth building by highlighting the role and impacts of the financial system on communities of color.

Pathways To Ownership

Pathways to Ownership is a 5-week homeownership program that provided necessary hours and education for first time home buying. As a result, participants are to be guided on being eligible for pre-approval in purchase.

Fierce Urgency of Now

Fierce Urgency of Now is a 9-week civic engagement program that focuses on electoral and democratic principles of freedom with a worldwide view that embraces the struggles and progress made throughout modern history.

Season of Service

Season of Service is a 3-month effort that focuses on community service during the holiday seasons between October to December where we lead service projects with others.

Hosea Literacy Club

A literacy-based program that promotes reading, learning, and academic enrichment for youth through education and mentorship.

Black Men Read

Young Voices with Action is looking for volunteers. Our aim is to help increase literacy and encourage reading with school aged children. Women and men are encouraged to support.

Making a Local Impact

We create meaningful local impact by addressing community needs through direct services, education, and community development.
